NOVEMBER 2024 DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS LOCKOUT NOTICE

Attention Final Notice for Delinquent Customers

Past due balances must be PAID IN FULL by Nov. 25, 2024. 

If the past due balance is not paid by Nov. 25, 2024, service will be terminated without any further notice given.

Payments on account that have been disconnected MUST BE  received, in office, by 3:00 p.m. for same day re-connections. 

WE DO NOT OFFER AFTER HOURS RE-CONNECTIONS OF SERVICE ON DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

NOTE>Lockouts for delinquent water bills that have not been paid in full as of November 25, 2024, will begin on Monday, December 2, 2024.

If you have not paid your bill or made prior payment arrangements, please do so prior to the above date to avoid disconnection of service. 

NO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OR EXTENSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED ONCE THE FIELD STAFF MEMBER IS ON SITE to lock out the service meter.  NO EXCEPTIONS! This will be enforced.

Should your service be disconnected for non-payment you will be assessed a Reconnect Fee in the amount of $50.00 that will be required to be paid in addition to any past due balance on your account and is required to be paid in full prior to service being restored. 

Should you need to request payment arrangements please contact our office prior to Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

The office will be CLOSED beginning Wednesday, Nov. 27th through Friday, Nov. 29th, 2024, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE AFTER HOURS ANSWERING SERVICE IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY AND NOT BILLING RELATED INQUIRIES!
